Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Bodriy Leo Inbox application ("the App"). The App is a personal tool that automates replies to comments and direct messages for a single Instagram Business account owned and operated by the same person who runs the App ("the Owner").

1. Acceptance

By deploying or using the App, the Owner agrees to these Terms.

2. Description of the service

The App listens for new comments on the Owner's Instagram posts via official Instagram webhooks. When a comment matches a keyword rule the Owner configured, the App may post a public reply under the comment and send a direct message to the commenter, within the limits allowed by the Instagram API.

3. Acceptable use

• The App must be used only for the Owner's own Instagram account.
• The Owner must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
• The App must not be used to send spam, harassment, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages.

4. Instagram / Meta

The App relies on the Instagram Platform. Meta may change or restrict its APIs at any time, which can affect or interrupt the App's functionality. The App is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

5. Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every matching comment will be answered.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its author are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, reach, or account standing arising from use of the App.

7. Termination

The Owner may stop using the App at any time by disabling it, revoking its Instagram access, or removing the deployment.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect any changes.
